I'm Elizabeth Thomas, and I'm a health and biomedical science major from Salida, California, and today I'll be showing you the Blanche Skiff Ross Memorial Library. Our library was built in 1963 and renovated in 2020 and provides a ton of resources including computers, printers, study spaces, research materials, and even entertainment options. We have multiple locations for computers in our library, including our Mac lab. Options include both PC and Mac. Cottey's library is full of different kinds of study spaces including study pods, study cubbies, open areas downstairs, and closed study rooms upstairs. Students also make use of our conference room when tackling group projects are when a study group wants to study in style. One of the most popular features in the library is the free coffee and tea bar nestled in this beautiful lounge. Lastly, Cottey's library contains a content creation zone, providing students with equipment to create podcasts, videos, and other digital content. Thank you for touring the library with me today. I hope you enjoyed seeing all the resources it has to offer.
