I think it's important for students to experience cultures in, in hands on, not just like in classrooms, when we talk about cultures, when you know, we say Irish people do this and that and just actually see that and experience, you know, different customs, cuisines, tradition, and just like being in a place they've never seen before. That's a skill for a lifetime. I think the international experience is really essential for our education, and a wonderful experience that we get at Kotti. Because we get to take all of the things that we've learned at school, and all the things about cultural awareness and apply it and get to see another part of the world.
When you go to and get an international experience, I think it's really important because you get to learn about how other people live and do things that like opens your eyes to just different things around the world. But also just like learn about learning about different cultures and how like different people act like for here, everyone's really friendly. And so like, it just makes me happy to see how friendly people are. And so now like I want to take that back home and like tried to be extra friendly when I go back home
it's definitely been interesting seeing people's pride in their nation and where they're from. And I think that no matter where you're from, you have that and it's just so cool to see Irish pride.
My favorite memory has definitely been going to the farm and being able to immerse myself in what they do every day and I love bogging or going to the bog and I love the Irish dancing lessons with all my friends and being able to just interact with everybody.
I would say this is one of the main reasons I chose to go to karate because I knew I would not get this experience. This is a once in a lifetime experience. And so I'm just super grateful and I think that anybody who's thinking about going to karate is this is one of the biggest things they should take into consideration.
